My husband-to-be arrived for an appointment to have his hair cut one week before our wedding. He was asked to wait for 10 minutes until being told they didn't have time and to come back the next day. As customers for 3 years we expected better service. Leaving us in such a panic situation and having to frantically find another hair dresser is not good enough! Will never go there again!

Very friendly environment and great service. Charlene has cut and coloured my hair twice and did a great job. She really took the time to find out what I was after and talked about what would be best for my hair.
