The staff were very friendly and very helpful is advising us in preparing for our new puppy - we were guided through everything we needed to know about healthy diet, worming, training etc. We brought all our puppy food, toys and bedding which was good quality and what we expected to pay. The staff gave us their time of explaining everything we needed to know and definitely knew what they were talking about which gave us confidence that we were buying the right things for our new puppy! It was a really positive experience to have the staff take the time to speak with us and not pressure us into buying expensive things.

I was really annoyed when I walked in to get a take away latte and didn't get served. I stood there for almost 10 minutes before a staff member arrived and then started serving someone else who came in after me and was standing at the other end of the counter. I often shop around Eltham and will never ever bother going there again!

My experience at Sentient Being was wonderful - the girls were all really friendly and I wasn't left waiting for more than a few minutes in arriving for my facial appointment. It was very relaxing and good value for the quality of service. I came out feeling very relaxed and pampered. I will definitely go back there again!

Heather did an absolutely fantastic job in altering my wedding dress - she is very talented and made my wedding dress exactly how I dreamed it to be! From the first consultation meeting with her I knew I could give her my 100% trust that she would make it perfectly! It wasn't an easy dress to alter so her hard work and creativity was invaluable to making sure my wedding day dream came true. I would highly recommend Heather to any bride-to-be!

My husband-to-be arrived for an appointment to have his hair cut one week before our wedding. He was asked to wait for 10 minutes until being told they didn't have time and to come back the next day. As customers for 3 years we expected better service. Leaving us in such a panic situation and having to frantically find another hair dresser is not good enough! Will never go there again!
