Dr Boon Kua is an expert who put me at ease with my condition, explained the procedure in simple terms and was open and honest about the subject. Discussions with him were easy and he made it easy to discuss sensitive issues. He also shared his sense of humour in an appropriate manner which I really related to.

Dr Kua was outstanding. He went through all of my options, explained all of the outcomes, risks and recovery times. He was always mindful of what my requirements were and took the time to clearly explains each of the procedures. There was never a rush to get through an appointment. Time wasn't important to him, relaying information and getting things right was. Brittany at the front is always professional, accommodating and friendly in what can sometimes be a time of stress for some patients when they arrive. It is a very comforting, professional and encouraging environment from start to finish.

My experience with Dr Kua was great, I needed a procedure done fairly quickly, his staff booked everything seamlessly and kept me in the loop. I've had a good outcome post operation and felt cared for at every stage, the hospital staff where wonderful also. I'm very grateful!

Staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr Kua is a very experienced and skilled surgeon and the whole process from diagnosis to surgery was much quicker than expected.

Knowledgeable, rapid response to a potentially deadly illness - clearly the surge is top if his game - dont expect out to be cheap with insurance (and definitely not without) - but confidence in the process - and the support of the Wesley and its people and tech leaves you feeling in very safe hands.

Just one thing to note.. Im surprised that in a recent visit neither the doctor nor staff were wearing COVID masks: not what you'd expect in a pandemic with high incidence of cases, and lots of vulnerable patients around.

2. Dr Kua is very professional, however, he doesn't greet you with a handshake as you walk into his office. Maybe a little "standoffish" but as soon as you sit down the friendliness appears and so does the smile.
3. The conduct of Dr Kua at the hospital was professional but his bedside manner needs work. He came into my room, sat in the chair near the door, stated was was necessary and left my room.
4. The post operation consultation at his office did cost me $130.00. I thought this could have been free as the operation did cost $3500.00.
5. My prostrate problem is gone and a big thanks to Dr Kua and his team.

I walked in with cancer - after robotic surgery with Dr Kua, I am cancer free (now about 8 months.) He also arranged for a colleague to do a large hernia repair using the "bullet" holes he had already used.
