I would not recommend this business. i ordered various Nilfisk back pack parts paid for express delivery received parts after 4 days. I ordered from another supplier something diffrent in Victoria approx 10mins after Vac City, order received next day. I paid for express delivery from both suppliers.
On receiving order on Thursday from Crap ooops sorry Vac City the Nilfisk BackPack cloth bag was missing. I needed this item for my cleaning business for Thursday evening that is why I paid for express delivery. Rang Vac City waste of my time .

i had an old Volta & asked MANY firms for a filter. ALL, but Vac City, put my request into the "too hard basket". Vac City sent the wrong filter. No worries, they did more research, found the right one & sent it to me. My old vacuum is now working as good as new.

Never order from here. Cause if you need a refund you'll be waiting ages. I still haven't gotten my refund and I have been waiting since 25th August. Dave says it's Ben refunded but hasn't, he has become rude and mean. DAVE, I WANT MY MONEY!!!!

I ordered online Vacuum Cleaner Bags but failed to provide my full address and that I wanted the goods posted. I rang Vac City and Dave fixed up my order. it was great to be able to talk to a person who new what he was doing and successfully fixed the problem.

Ordered vacuum bags online and got an immediate acknowledgement of my order and payment, and email advice that "your order has been processed". Nothing arrived so followed up by email - no reply. Tried again, same result.

Eleven working days after Vac City acknowledged my order, when I was still mulling on how to follow this up, I got an email from AusPost saying that a parcel had been despatched to me and was on its way.

I will not be going back to Vac City for online purchases and would recommend you do not either.

Ordered online"Items Sent" message ,turns out they did not have the vacuum in stock at all .
Was not told this.
After two weeks tried to contact via email twice and
THEY DID NOT REPLY.
Called them and was not given any clear resolution as to when it would be delivered.
"I'll get the boys to look into that"
was the service received.
After 3 weeks emailed them for cancellation and full refund.
If I had not contacted them myself this could have easily blown out to 4 weeks or more.
DO NOT BOTHER VERY POOR

I went to Greensborough Plaza to buy a vacuum cleaner, and had a list of features we needed. First I went to a department store, but there was only one option that fit our list, and the sales staff couldn't really answer my questions. At Vac City there was a lot more choice. The staff member obviously knew what he was talking about. He gave intelligent answers to my questions, and I was very happy with the price.
