I am a long-standing customer of VacuumSpot. It all started with the replacement motor in my Electrolux vacuum.
With the assistance of the most informative video instruction, I managed to replace the motor.
The video instructions were a step-by-step instruction DVD covering every detail needed to dis- and re-assemble the complete vacuum cleaner.
Just recently the hose broke away from the handle, a complete replacement hose was ordered and arrived in amazing time.
After this the powerhead electric motor burned out, once again without any problem identifying the part on the website a replacement was ordered and promptly delivered.

Ordering parts from and dealing with VacuumSpot is easier than going down the street to buy bread and milk.
I will most certainly get some advice from VacuumSpot before purchasing my next vacuum cleaner, in the meantime I have learned how to look better after a vacuum cleaner.

Have a Godfreys Homehero vacuum approx 6 moths old, the drive belt broke and what a hassle it was to get a replacement belt from them -they don't keep them in stock, had to trek all the way back to the Godfreys store order the belts pay upfront and wait 4 days before they came in then trek all the way back to pick them up. I found VaccumSpot on the net contacted them and the sales person did some searching and found the exact belt number that this machine required, it wasn't an easy task I'm sure, I really take my hat off to the Company & staff - fantastic guys! I'lle be back if I need anything else.

I have a Weirtherm 5030 vacuum cleaner with powerhead, 10yrs old. The hose has two sections on it - on part was split the other broken at the nozzle attachment. No parts available; but the cleaner was still in perfect working order. It had had a service about a year ago. After phone calls and searching the net Alec seemed to good to be true. He didn't promised to fix it but was willing to have a go. I had nothing to loose. I posted it to him; and in just over a week he phoned to advise all done! Payment made, posted back, and we are back in action. I again have a fully functioning machine and don't have to go out and spend big money for the samae quality. Thank you Alec.

Firstly I am so happy it's an Australian company. Secondly I found the site very easy to navigate and get around. Thirdly the range of products is extensive and the prices aren't inflated. You get great after sales service and my vacuum bags came within 4 days of my order. Saved money, found a great company run by decent people!

went out of their way to assist me with my enquiry. Got me the vacuum cleaner I wanted for a much lower price than my local vacuum cleaner sellers! I am writing this review as good customer service is rare these days and so those who provide it need to be recognised!

Found an out of stock alternative filter for Kambrook vaccuum cleaner that has allowed me to continue using my cleaner rather
than buy a new one.
alternative suppliers told me that this could not be done.

After a very frustrating experience with a well known vacuum cleaner retailer's service section who, after 3 weeks, incorrectly diagnosed my Electrolux Oxy3 Vacuum Cleaner's fault, I was very fortunate to come across Kerry and Alex at VacuumSpot. By listening to my description of the difficulty Alex was able to forward his instructive YouTube videos to me so I could begin to correctly diagnose the fault myself. VacuumSpot's support saved me from purchasing an unnecessary, expensive new part that the other firm said I needed. It would not have remedied the fault. I now know what I need to order which is half the cost of the original incorrect diagnosis. And of course, this part I will be ordering from VacuumSpot because I trust them.

I had to replace a power switch in my Dyson DC 08 vacuum cleaner, "Vacuum Spot" not only had the part delivered to my door, but also had some great Youtube instructional videos that took me through the repair process with a minimum of fuss. ed
