I used Veolia when we first moved to R.I to get from the jetty to work at Victoria Point, but after a couple of weeks I gave up. The buses are meant to meet the ferries but they never do.

I was late to work on several occasions, and went and bought another car to keep on the mainland.

As an ex Bay Islander, I have not a lot good to say about Veolia. The buses rarely meet the ferry as scheduled, and the drivers can be quite rude. I do understand they have a horrible time with some of the more..........unruly Island kids, but that does not mean that everyone who lives off the mainland is scum. That is how I felt I was treated, and I worked full time the entire time I lived on Russell.

I use to catch the 253 every day for work ! The drivers are very polite ! And surprisingly still polite when school kids get on ! Very clean, comfy but hate the prices !

Whilst I haven't used Veolia Transport for a private lease or transportation to the airport, I have used their regular Translink bus services on numerous occasions. The buses are well maintained and provide a nice high standard of seating. They are generally very clean.

Unfortunately I have experienced a few problems with buses not running to timetable and have also come upon one particularly unhelpful and rude bus driver. All other drivers, I must say, have been thoroughly professional and courteous.

We chartered a bus from here to take the kids from my daughters school on a day trip. It takes a special person to be a bus driver that can smile their way through 5 hours of noisy 9 year olds but our driver did. The bus was spotless, inside and out...well it was at the start! Would definitely use them again.

Great, reliable and inexpensive service with helpful and friendly staff who endeavour to get the best service for their customers.
I have recommended them to all of my friends and family.

Great efficient pick up and transport to and from the airport. Were on time. No worries about traffic and parking. Lots of room for luggage. Friendly drivers.
