I just bought a dog and needed to take him to the vet because he had got sick. The vets at vets 4 pets were great and were able to take care of my new puppy. They really care for the animals and I felt that my dog was in loving hands even while he was being treated

This vet proves over and over again that they can handle anything thrown their way and do it all with the best service and friendly 'family like' atmosphere.
Witnessing first hand from an accident with our Pomeranian consuming medicine from our pantry, we were totally overwhelmed and scared as we had no idea what was wrong with him as he was frothing at the mouth and not responding well. My sister rang and was guided through by the vet nurse and informed to come in straight away.
He had to stay overnight just in case and was treated with first class service as they bathed and groomed my dog as well before we picked him up and he was absolutely spoilt rotten by the vet nurses with attention.
They really helped out when not only we needed them most but when my Pomeranian did.

Also I worked part time at a pet store that works closely with the Vets 4 Pets team and was really impressed with the community outreach these vet clinics achieve. Thumbs ups all round.

I don't give the ***** rating without the vet and the staff deserving all of them. The other thing is they have atleast 3 differant locations.

The vets are very caring and gentle with animals and help them to feel as comfortable as possible. The waiting room is large which makes it easier to keep some animals separated. The carpark is very small and difficult to use.

Our cat was sick not very long ago and didn't know where to take him because he is old so rang Ridgehaven and they put me onto Golden Grove Vet. Clinic. They were very efficient and treated us straight away.
