staff are friendly and can always get appointment quickly. cost are very high and it took 4 different people to diagnose my cats basic problem. seem to need more competent doctors

best tasting youghrt around. big range of flavours. they used to have a cherry ripe one a while ago and the staff are happy to make it up even though its not in the usual range. good deals when you buy 2 or 3

massive range of movies to rent or buy with really good prices. sometimes new releases dont have a lot of coppies compared to other rental stores. this would be the only problem i have. its a good store

since converting from "the warehouse" this shop has gone downhill a lot. range has decreased and prices have gone up. service at checkouts is usually poor. sum this up with a comment from a staff member to an elderly customer when asking why she was overcharged for a catlogue item
"It's not like were actually going to change everything to the catalogue price"

I love getting their email offers. A heap of items can be purchased for a very cheap price - combine with a free postage promo and youre set. quality is average to good with some room for improvement. prices however are great. postage times could be a little quicker

an easy way to pay for things online, a lot of online businesses are now taking paypal which makes buying on the net safe. I found their email system easy to use and replies helpful

helpful staff make this store great. store is clean light and tidy unlike most hardware stores. the garden section provides great value. found to be female friendly rare for hardware stores

price wise bunnings are not bad. service wise they are hideous. while shopping with my mum it was obvious they werent prepared to help a woman with hardware. obviously in a place where nothing is where you would expect it to be a little help would be useful. perhaps the bimbo standing at the door could be put to use. go to stratco they go out of their way to help

as far as range and price goes i cant recommend petstock. the stores are clean and tidy - usually well stocked but all the products can be bought cheaper elsewhere where there is more range
