Rocky has helped me move several times and he’s helped many people I know - who have all done in to recommend him too.

He’s not the greatest communicator because he’s generally working but he’s cheap and efficient and I will continue to recommend him to friends and family

I had him move me based on another company paying. I have a disability and I am very unwell. He made a lot of trouble on arriving to the destination. Before I even got out of the taxi he was already screaming at me that he did not want to unload. Then when he came to the house there were items under the veranda as I emptied three rooms so he did not have to. Then he made more trouble breaking things in the house and refusing to unload. He unloaded a little and complained that he knows already that the job will be bad as there are items on the veranda. I said that is not your concern and not where you are working. The rooms are ready for drop off. He just carried on about everything and refused to drop off. He dropped off some items and put them in the driveway so I could not bring them inside. What he did bring in he damaged plus new items in the house such as the door frame, book shelf, lamp, TV and other. He damaged my brand new microwave so it can not be used. He now drove off with all my other items and he refused to give theem back. He charged thee organisation nearly 900 but he worked for about 3 hours and did not unload. He just argued for three hours extra and did nothing. He left big items in the driveway that I could not move and t hey were rained on. He made a lot of trouble. The police need to think about people misusing the law that this is a civil matter as it is an abuse when a removalist takes an item from a property and then refuses to drop off. He said he is not a removalist that moves items at the pre existing place even though he only had to move little things out of the way as I made it all ready for him. I want my property but he refuses to bring it. Now the organisation wants to pay for storage and I collect it. No I organised drop off and that my items are given to me on the 18th of Jan. I did not approve they are taken and kept. Thank you. THe organisation is Harrisons. This department said they use him all the time. They should not he is abusive. He tried to hit me also and grab me aggressively am on a crutch. I recorded it anyway so I can prove it at VCAT. I will ask for all damanged and lost items to be paid for. Thank you I will ask I am paid for any item I have to replace while I do not have access. He is also supposed to say where they have been taken but he did not. His truck did not appear road worthy and was broken at the back. He did not empty my flat that is community housing as his truck was full with other items. He was supposed to empty. He left some of the most heaviest items there. When we were at the unit I asked he unloads my light shelves that I did not ask him to take and take the heavy items but he refused. He wanted to rush ahead and unload in the driveway when I am unable to move them. It is a disgrace.

I am single Foster Parent with four adopted children, three with disabilities. This removalist company was organised for me. Definitely would NOT recommend this business. First of all I was promised three men all day arriving at 7am. They finally arrived at 10.30am. The removalist and two teenagers, one his son. One of the staff members chained smoked the entire time he was working dropping cigarette ends everywhere, and spent most of his time arguing with people on his phone frequently using foul language in front of my children. His manners and attitude towards me and my children was patrionising and rude. The amount of damage they did to my belongings was STAGGERING to say the least! The first item they attempted to move was the fridge which was turned on its side on the carpet of my dining room, needless to say the carpet was then wet for the rest of the move. Even though I had put down drop sheets these very soon became a wet and muddy mess along with the carpet, and obviously walked right through the house. At 2pm he announced they were leaving as he "wasn't going to miss a family event". He said there wasn't that much left but there was 'NO WAY' he could be bothered to do another load! Bearing in mind my move was only a thirty minute drive. Myself and my children had to finish the transport in my car and took a further 9 car loads, in the process my windscreen got broken, side window broken and the inside really damaged. I only had my children to help. I had to pay an extra day rent as I couldn't finish before 5pm and tried to have carpets professionally cleaned but they were way too damaged so all the carpets had to be replaced. On arrival at our new house, the real extent of their unprofessional conduct became apparent! Broken dining chairs, entertainment units, dining table deeply scratched, very expensive bed irretrievably broken, fridge leaking everywhere and unusable and more. concerning also was the amount of things 'missing' Somehow between my old house and new we lost a rug, a box of dangerous medication, a garden blower, brand new Christmas decorations and more. Almost weekly we are saying 'whatever happened to ....... that never arrived"
I have communicated with this company and their best response, after seeing all of the photos, is that he would come out and 'repair' my belongings. Right. Would YOU let this company near your possessions for a second shot? Needless to say I am going ahead with legal action and suing them. I have offered them the opportunity to make a settlement with me but they are not interested. Incidentally this all happened in July, I have patiently waited over and over again for return phone calls, emails etc. any sort of settlement offer - but clearly they could not care less.

These guys really helped me out with prompt service and a can do spirit! They packed up their truck with more of my stuff than I thought possible! They moved me when nobody else could and I am so grateful!
This guy was professional and returned my calls without any issues, even late the night before!
Not sure why the other person here is complaining, my stuff was packed up right and not a scratch on anything!

Give him a call

I had to move 6km as my owner was selling. I am a Disability Pensioner and received support for a removalist from another company. They gave me the company Victrans. I had to send a txt to the mobile # on a Sunday early afternoon as I was due to move Monday and STILL did not have a time. I received a txt on Sunday 6.55pm just saying 7.00am!!! O.K. he would not budge on the time (actually wouldn't answer me at all) They did not pack the van properly so had to drop a second load the next day and charged me an extra $134.00!! for their mess. They damaged my Entertainment Centre, Washing mashine, Coffe Table and Bed frame. The person with the mobile WILL NOT return phone calls and was totally unprofessional. So disapointed.

Approximate cost: $434.00 (Total)
