The SpinWine product works excellently. It is a simple wine aerator and pourer. The difference in wine flavour before and after is quite amazing. I lost the small seal which secures the device into the bottle and Vintwist had one in the post as soon as I provided my mailing details. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I was very pleased to receive a SpinWine as a birthday gift recently as it certainly takes the acidity out of young reds. However I was upset when I lost the small rubber fitting that fits into the neck of the bottle, but after an email to VinTwist Australia, I had a replacement free in the post in 2 days.

Vin Twist aerates red wine that would only happen if you used a decanter. It is small and fits into the bottle of wine. We have one in the caravan as well as the house. My husband & I found that dealing with Graeme & Margaret to way above our expectations.
