I was very pleased to receive a SpinWine as a birthday gift recently as it certainly takes the acidity out of young reds. However I was upset when I lost the small rubber fitting that fits into the neck of the bottle, but after an email to VinTwist Australia, I had a replacement free in the post in 2 days.
