We have been going here for the last few years and it is my absolute favourite place for a weekend breakfast. The service is always exceptional. Yes, it can be a little slower during busy times, but it's the weekend so what's the rush? Sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning picturesque view. The food is more than worth the wait. I love Eggs Benedict but so many places overcook the eggs which ruins the dish. This is the only place I trust my eggs will be perfect every time. The prices are excellent - bacon and eggs on sourdough for $14. And the coffee is 5 star. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

This was our second time at Vue on Halcyon returning because we liked it the first time. However this time it wasn't as good. Four of us went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Service was slow and we had to wait about 10 minutes to get a menu and another 10 to order. Admittedly it was very busy which means it was very noisy and we had to speak very loudly to have a conversation even tho we were sitting in the corner of the restaurant. We eventually got our food one hour and 10 minutes after we arrived - breakfast at 10:50! We were very hungry! We all had very basic dishes - eggs Benedict or florentine which is just two eggs, a piece of toast with salmon or spinach and some sauce so no idea why it would take so long. My eggs weren't cooked properly and the toast had such a thick crust on it that it was very hard to cut which didn't add to the meal's enjoyment. Apart from the eggs it tasted ok and the others said theirs were ok but not great. One person had mushrooms which was supposed to have goats cheese and dukkah - there was a small amount of cheese but the dukkah was nonexistent. Coffee was good, the view was great and the waiters were friendly. However I don't think we'll be back.

Approximate cost: $20.00

We got married at Vue on Halcyon in February 2011, and were among their first Weddings. Both Dean and Renae (The Owners) very fantastic, and very accommodating to our needs.

They were organised, and the food and drinks were just amazing. Unlike many venues Vue offers a choice of 3 main meals, and extra canapé choices.
As the venue is new, it is very modern with simply breathtaking views. All of our guests were amazed that such an amazing venue could exist in a suburban area.

We visit Vue for Breakfast on our anniversary each year and not only do Dean and Renae remember us, they go above and beyond to ensure we enjoy our anniversary breakfast.

Highly Recommended!!

Approximate cost: $130 PH
