I needed just a little off the bottom of my hair (just to tidy up thing) When I asked how much, $32.00, silly me agreed thinking I would get a wash and a cut, the hairdresser sprayed it wet, trimmed the bottom, asked if I wanted it blow dried for an extra $13. Got home, dried it myself and it wasnt straight. Upset as I had to spend out more money to get it fixed.
