I went in with a number of photographs and told them what I was looking for and told them that I needed a style that didn't need blow dry but a quick straightening I could do.. As I needed quick and easy.. I showed the pics was told yes it would work with my hair. I then suggested a couple of colors, I was told no they can't do them, so they suggested colors thinking that they would know, in the end I paid a fortune for a hair cut that is nothing like what I asked for and a color that is dull and not striking at all look very similar to my original color which I think they just didn't want to do the different color and cut as it was all to hard for them, They just wanted to do a style they knew and when I asked for more off they said I though you would just blow dry or straighten it all.. plus my "highlights" are barely visible , next time I will save my money and book into a proper salon and save my obscenely overpriced cut and color for someone else.. I now have a couple of weeks of headbands and hats till it grows out

Recieved the worst haircut of my life here! All i wanted was a trim - no layers, no dip at the back - just one blunt cut all the way round. I also asked for a dry cut but she said she prefered to wet it and cut so I let her do this as i didn't want to be bossy. She started spraying leave in conditioner all over my hair and i asked what she was doing. She said water dulls your hair so she uses that. I said i'd prefer water as i don't like the feeling of product in my hair, i have fine hair and it'll make it look oily. She disagreed with me so i said if it wasn't going to make my hair look greasy then she could use it. She then decided to just use water. During the hair cut she made no attempt to talk to me. I asked her about the hair products as i was shopping around for a new cruelty free shampoo and conditioner. She knew absolutely nothing about the products they sold there and struggled to reccomend anything. She finally finished and i could tell it would be a tad shorter than what i wanted. I just wanted to leave so i didn't say anything because my hair will grow anyway. It wasn't until i got home that i discovered how uneven my hair actually was. She literally butchered it, I had random chunks hanging down on both sides and it sat terribly. This left me in tears.

Approximate cost: $50

Agree with another reviewer that the advertised price is not what is charged, which is a bit annoying, so confirm the price before you start the haircut. I like the reward system (get six cuts, get the seventh free), and the card can be stamped when anyone in the family gets a cut. Most of the hairdressers are ok, I've been going here for about three years and have only had one bad cut. I pay about $35 for a style cut and that's without a wash or blow dry.

Approximate cost: $35

This place used to be good. They are now in line with average salon prices at around $45 a pop for just a cut. Their advertised price is not the same as what they charge and their service is terrible.

Approximate cost: $45

They have a listed price and don't tell you till after you have had your hair done that the price has changed - even though you asked at the start, and you have to pay $20 extra. The staff are rude and arrogant, they are not very good at their jobs.
I would never go back here again!!

Approximate cost: $60
