Dr. Graham Irving (dentist) was recommended to me by a family member. I was very impressed by his bedside manner - he kept me distracted from what was happening in my mouth by talking about what he was doing mixed with other general chatter, but was not over-the-top and did not ask for answers back (very annoying trait in some dentists - you have your hand in my mouth, I can't answer you!). He knew that I did not have private health insurance so he kept the work/ cost to a manageable amount. I will be going back to him again soon.

Dr Djumas is the BEST!!! He is great at making those awkward conversations and appointments light hearted and suddenly you don't feel so nervous anymore. He is also great with the kids! He does have a tendancy to rush his appointments but I've never walked out of there feeling like I didn't get the proper treatment or care that I needed.
I have always found the receptionists pretty frosty on the phone and in person. Never seen a smile or friendly comment from any of them. They usually say as few words as possible. As a medical receptionist myself I don't really understand how you can't smile and have a bit of a laugh or conversation with the patients or at least say "thankyou" or "hello". I put up with the cold reception though because I find the care is better than other local doctors.

Didn't feel like I was in a production line. Dr Hew was quite patient with me, and I felt that my appointment was over once I has finished discussing my problems and did not feel as if I was being pushed out because she wanted to see other patients. Receptionist sounded a bit stressed when making my appointment over the phone but upon arrival they were quite nice.

I can not believe that I get such great service from this clinic, I always get the same doctor and he is up to date with all new medications and treatments, I have been going to this practice for over 17 years and it is still bulk billed.

My husband's family has been going here over 20 years and I have known my husband over 10 years and have been going there myself nearly as long as I have known my husband. Where ever we have lived, we still go there. Dr Djumas did shared care with me for both of my pregnancies and I wouldn't have had it any other way. Now he has my 2 children to see as well whenever they get sick and even they love him and children (especially mine) will let you know pretty quickly if they don't like you! I would Wantirna South Medical Centre to anyone. I rarely have trouble getting an appointment. And if Dr D isn't available, there is always someone who is if it is urgent. And they BULK BILL!!!!!!!!

Some of the reception staff are outright rude! Straight out stated they don't have an appointment! Couldn't even be bothered to make a future appointment. They just lost a customer. Will take my business elsewhere! Shame Harry, shame.

Wantirna South Medical Centre has an extensive range of medical practitioners and doctors with a vast range of expertise. Their service is fantastic. I just wouldn't go anywhere else, even though I've now moved further away. They really do look after their patients. My favourite doctor is Dr. Shu.
