Just after we moved in our hot water heater stopped working. I called and had a serviceman come out that same morning. He had a look at the heater and said that we will eventually need to replace it. We couldn't afford to do that at the time so he said that he will replace the main problem which included the replacement of a valve and a copper pipe. The work has lasted over two years. Really good outcome for us as new home owners trying to get a grip on mortgage repayments. We are now ready to replace the water heater and I will no doubt be calling these guys again for a quote!

We had a blocked drain, and they came out to give a quote, at the agreed time (Which is very rare indeed!) and fixed the problem. They even gave a guarantee in case the problem should occur again. The plumber discussed the problem every step of the way.
