Very rude and inexperienced staff. Went in to get my eyebrows waxed, and throughout, the lady doing my eyebrows was shouting/talking loudly to the other coworker who was in another room. They were laughing and swearing and talking about the hot policeman who walks past the shop often, her boyfriend, etc, blah blah, all whilst her mouth was literally near my ear! Very unprofessional. To top it off, she had waxed most of my eyebrows off.. Never returned since.. And seeing how empty the place usually is.. Neither have others

Moving here, meant finding a new beautician. This is a task i didn't look forward to. Back home I had a good relationship with my beautician and trusted her. Upon coming to Wax it Betty I my previous inhibitions of finding a new beautician were gone. I felt comfortable upon entry. The staff were friendly and pleasant and listened to what I asked for. On my first visits I got a lash tint and brow wax. Both turned out great and to a high quality. The beauticians were friendly and made me feel at ease. It is now my regular choice of place for my beauty treatments.

I went and got a Brazilian there for the first time, I had a different girl to the one I have now do it but both times I have felt comfortable and that it was just another beauty procedure. Both women were patient and pleasant to talk to while it was happening. I didn't feel rushed and have made appointments continuously to go and there was no pressure to buy products they only mentioned about products to for the first time I was there. I enjoy my monthly trips to wax it betty.

Staff were unwelcoming and unpleasant. They did the job professionally and i thought it turned out as expected, but the environment of the store wasn't pleasant. I have found better wax stores with nice staff and feel more comfortable going there.

I went in to get an eyebrow wax and although the procedure itself was ok, i felt a little disconcerted when the therapist started to discuss my skin, saying i needed a better skincare regime. I felt pressured into buying skin care and although the products were great, it ended up being an expensive eyebrow wax! The uncomfortable nature meant i probably wouldn't go there again

I was there some time ago for a full face wax. Staff were rude, inattentive and I found the procedure to be extremely painful. There was definitely a lack of care and a lack of skill as well. To top all that they tried to sell me some cosmetics at the end! The owner of this place should ensure that he/she hires staff that are at least pleasant and have some customer service skills. I am sorry I went there and needless to say will not return.

I went in to get my eyebrows and underarms waxed, and while they were able to do this for me straight away, they put me in a room, and then went to answer the door a couple of times. Also, the person doing the waxing seemed a little bemused that I was hesitant about taking my top off with the door open to the room that I was in. They did the job quickly, but it was a bit messy and painful, I think the lady tried to be too quick!

Quick wax experience, was a bit messy there and she didnt remove all the wax properly from my legs and my trousers got a bit stuck. generally though its good for a wax if you are in a hurry. Nice look from the outside and is very bright on the inside. Not a bad price either

We visited the store to have some waxing services. The receptionist was able to assist immediately and made us feel at ease. She performed the services very efficiently using high quality products. I would definitely return!
