Andy from Westside Electrical diagnosed and fixed a problem with my oven. He noticed that my smoke alarms were out of date and replaced them as well on the day he fixed the oven. Cannot fault the service and how everything was handled. It's so hard to find honest tradespeople these days and Andy is a gem among all the rogues out there ripping us off. Thank you Andy.

Customer service and this company are strangers. Didn't introduce himself when he arrived.
Came to do a job was here for 20 minutes and left us with problem to solve. Was on the phone more interested in solving a personal issue he had while he was here.
Suggest some customer service training for the staff.

Great story but not true. You were quoted $300 in writing to have an oven and rcd installed. The tradesman arrived early introduced themselves to yourself, your husband and dog then had the new oven installed within 30 mins. We also advised at where to recycle the new oven. You paid the invoice of $300 on the day. We then left your place took a customer call in the car when you ran out the front and demanded you only be charged $250. We asked you to wait a minute while we finished up on the phone with another customer, which somehow you thought was unreasonable. We then explained it is was a written quote & a fixed price to which you agreed in writing and was about to show you the email confirmation when you stormed off.
Lastly you also bought an oven which was the wrong size and the stone bench top will now have to be cut down by a stone mason in order to get the new oven to fit. We are electricians and can not help with this issue. We suggest checking all measurements before purchasing a new oven and not taking your frustrations of poor decision making out on out staff.
Andy replaced 3 ceiling fans. I was happy with the service he provided. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work. He is professional and arrived on time.
I was most impressed by the prompt, professional same-day quote & service by this company to replace 2x wired smoke alarms, 1x mains RCD safety switch & 1x circular fan-forced oven element, all for a very fair & competitive price. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone requiring household electrical services.

Couldn't be happier with the service that we got from Westside Electrical. Our new oven arrived and I emailed Westside out of office hours to have it installed and stated in the email that I didn't expect a reply until the next day during office hours. Andy replied straight away and was very efficient with his reply because he asked for a photo of our very old meter box and as we thought it needed an upgraded rcd. Anyway, luckily we were able to get Andy to come out the next day and we got the best service ever. All of his prices are on the website so you are aware of the cost but Andy also let us know via our emails. Would highly recommend Westide Electrical.

My oven was no longer heating , found Westside Electrical on Google. Rang the company - Easter Thursday 8.30 am. Did not expect repairs until after Easter.By 10.45 am Andy had been and repaired the oven. Couldn't believe my luck that a company could be so prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend the company and Andy in particular.

We couldn't be happier, as Andy was here at the time we arranged and replaced the oven element and even repaired the fan as well. The price was cheaper than the others, and we found Andy very helpful and friendly and would definitely recommend him to all our friends.
