Andy from Westside Electrical diagnosed and fixed a problem with my oven. He noticed that my smoke alarms were out of date and replaced them as well on the day he fixed the oven. Cannot fault the service and how everything was handled. It's so hard to find honest tradespeople these days and Andy is a gem among all the rogues out there ripping us off. Thank you Andy.

Customer service and this company are strangers. Didn't introduce himself when he arrived.
Came to do a job was here for 20 minutes and left us with problem to solve. Was on the phone more interested in solving a personal issue he had while he was here.
Suggest some customer service training for the staff.

Andy replaced 3 ceiling fans. I was happy with the service he provided. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work. He is professional and arrived on time.

I was most impressed by the prompt, professional same-day quote & service by this company to replace 2x wired smoke alarms, 1x mains RCD safety switch & 1x circular fan-forced oven element, all for a very fair & competitive price. Couldn't be happier with the service that we got from Westside Electrical. Our new oven arrived and I emailed Westside out of office hours to have it installed and stated in the email that I didn't expect a reply until the next day during office hours. Andy replied straight away and was very efficient with his reply because he asked for a photo of our very old meter box and as we thought it needed an upgraded rcd. Anyway, luckily we were able to get Andy to come out the next day and we got the best service ever. All of his prices are on the website so you are aware of the cost but Andy also let us know via our emails. Would highly recommend Westide Electrical.

My oven was no longer heating , found Westside Electrical on Google. Rang the company - Easter Thursday 8.30 am. Did not expect repairs until after Easter.By 10.45 am Andy had been and repaired the oven. Couldn't believe my luck that a company could be so prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend the company and Andy in particular.
