I travelled here and heard this place has great food and that is true.. I went at lunch time so pretty quite but that was fine by me.. I can not say a bad word.. The staff were friendly and the service was quick.. The meal was big, yummy but lucky for me I could take my left overs with me..

Ate here back in September at 1:00pm.The place has a lovely atmosphere,spacious with a good set up.It was fairly quiet when we went and our order took over half an hour to appear which wasnt good.We shared a BLT ($21) and Fish Bites ($11) between two people.
The fish was ordinary (some type of shark),not oily but nothing special.The best part of that was the homemade tartare sauce which i thought delicious.The BLT was awful and a big RIP OFF! The Brioche bread was way too thick and the lettuce was totally excessive so that you could barely taste the bacon-but with only ONE piece of bacon it didn't really stand a chance of being seen! $21 wasted on the worst BLT of my life.
At least the waitress enquired how we enjoyed our lunch (which seems extremely rare these days for staff to show they care) and we told her what we thought.She said she'd pass the message on.

Good "pub style" meals. Open kitchen, which is interesting for cutomers. Food is fresh, tasty and fairly quickly served. Pricing is fairly standard for pub meals. I thoroughly enjoyed my fish and chips, and the steak my hubby had was OK too. We have eatene there many times and have found great consistency in the quality of the food and menu options. Drinks are served separately, and were served promptly after ordering. Pricing is pretty good, depnding on what you want. The seating is comfortable and there is also an outdoor area if you prefer. I would definitely go there again.

my girlfriends and me love this place the food is fantastic and i think well priced there is an inside/outside eating area .The staff are friendly and are quick to serve you . I really like the vibe of the place and there is plenty of seating.

I have only been in here once this year but the meal that I had with a group of friends was just lovely. It was just the right temperature when my burger came out and it was so tasty. The customer service was great all our meals were brought out at the same time which is so refreshing. Hopefully will get back there.

Large and modern dining area with nice lighting. The menu is well designed in a hardback book. For service White Star Hotel is one of the best with engaging staff. Meals (lunch and dinner) have generous servings and suit the price just fine.
