I called this place twice, and it was the same receptionist who answered the phone. She spoke with a voice that sounds like that she is half-sleeping or half-dead...I called to cancel today’s appointment, due to the latest social distance rules, and had wanted to reschedule the appointment till a later date. But, the coldness and indifference in her tone does not make me feel like saying one more word to her. I am going to a different dental clinic.

So, just let whoever that is in charge of this place know:

The rude and unprofessional receptionist of you, working on the morning of Sunday, 27 June, is sending your customers away. She probably does not like her work at the reception desk. Do consider placing her at the door instead. From there, she could ward off evils.

By the way, I spoke with her in Chinese, and I am wondering if that was the reason she sounded so cold and indifferent, though she spoke the language herself too. If I had spoken with her in English, I am wondering if she would have talked more politely, pathetic!

Yes, one star (too much) for this place, because of this customer-ward-off rude receptionist.

They are very efficient and professional. I was recommended to them by a family friend. Their prices are not ridiculous and the dentists have lots of experience. The experiences I have (braces, wisdom teeth removed, cleanings, fillings, etc) have all been reasonably painless.

I go to this dentist regularly for my braces. The dentists are very friendly and the receptionists are always glad to help and do whatever they can to get you your preferred time slot. The dentist is very nice, caring and understanding, answering my questions without hesitation and always takes some time to ask how youve been doing and how my teeth have been. They act like friends who fix your teeth. I would definitely reccommend this dentist/orthodontist to others.
