Woolworth Kellyville - I went there for my shop on Saturday. The sales assistant was the talkative guy that anyone who shops there on a Saturday would know. The person in front of me accidentally took my bags. He raced out of the aisle into the car park. At first he couldn't find her but he persisted and got my bags back. That's what I call going the extra mile. I really appreciated it.

I had 2 times to exchange items with different time. The service is not good at all, the staff rejected it with the reason your not buy at rousehill Woolworths. 2nd times I forgot I had experience before I come to the store within 8 months later. And the same want to exchange. The reason manager store says the same. This is ridiculous. She said I have to return to the same Woolworth that I bought it. Is funny I haven't problem for exchange or return with the same company even different shop. And I tried to Woolworth the ponds they're accept my exchanges. Even not the same store that I was bought.

The sales they have been having lately are a lot more affordable than they were a few months ago as a mother of two young children it's great to see your prices lower

Good store layout. Good deals on fresh produce which seems to be of good quality.
Service assistance are mainly friendly but many seem disinterested when you walk through the checkout area.

Great experience at the Woolworths at Kellyville, staff are always freindly and happy to help out with what ever you need. The lines are usually not to long or queued which is also an added bonus

Brand new supermarket - wide clean aisles, fantastic service (haven't had to wait), plus roomy undercover parking in a brand new carpark. This is the supermarket I've always wanted. I drive a little bit further than my local supermarket just to enjoy the pleasure of shopping there. (I've shopped at other yucky woolies before - this is so different).
