I have been a member here for over 20 years which says something in itself. The is a great gym, family owned rather than a franchise, the staff are friendly and competent, the equipment is excellent and most importantly, the showers are always clean :-) Seriously though, the classes and instructors are great, there is a real family atmosphere and the fresh flowers are always a nice touch!

great experience. i got a free week offer and then stayed because the equipment was good, comparable to fitness first. cheaper than fitness first and people who go are very friendly.
