I have been a member here for over 20 years which says something in itself. The is a great gym, family owned rather than a franchise, the staff are friendly and competent, the equipment is excellent and most importantly, the showers are always clean :-) Seriously though, the classes and instructors are great, there is a real family atmosphere and the fresh flowers are always a nice touch!

Great food and great service with a smile - we keep going back. It is wonderful to finally have a decent place to have dinner in our area.

My husband and I regularly drive up here for Sunday lunch and a winetasting. We keep coming back because the food and service are great and the ambience is really nice up the mountain. The drive up is beautiful and relaxing. P.S. We like the wine too!
