Apple products are user friendly and just great looking. Having purchased quite a few items from apple I am a proud customer of theirs. The latest iphone is fantastic. Their service is good too, having spilt lemon squash on my laptop this year, they replaced to battery after it died at no cost, though this didn't fix the recharge issue it was still great service.

I have purchased iPods for myself and all of my children. They are great quality, they are fully rechargeable, so you dont have to worry about batteries, and we wouldnt be without them now. Once, I had a problem with a particular type of iPod and Apple upgraded them to the next generation for free. If there is ever a problem all I have to do is take them to the Apple shop and the next day there will be a replacement there for me at no cost. I do not know many other companies that do this!!!
