Used the site to order my new Ipod Nano. I ordered off the site on a thursday evening and recieved it on monday morning. Pricing was pretty similar to what might be expected instore, but the full range is available (in all colours - red ipods are only available online), and you avoid crowded shops. They also offer free engraving on checkout and all orders over $100 get free shipping. The site was easy to nagivate & ordering was simple & secure.

Approximate cost: $Ipod Nano (4GB) was $199 including engraving and shipping.

Booked online, paid $111 melb to brisbane. I flew out of Avalon airport in melbourne, which is under construction in middle of nowhere and consists of a one or to buildings in the middle of a paddock, which worked out the ok when you consider how major airport traffic can be. This airport is only used by jetstar and so it only has two boarding gates. Check in was quick, but the staff seemed unhappy to be there. The plane wasn't very spacious. We arrived in Brisbane 20 minutes late. Overall the flight was conducted professionally but recorded messages were overused, considering that the flight attendants had access to a pa. There is a hand held video entertainment system, but you have to pay just to have a look at it. It was ok overall

Booked online, had my flight itinerary within minutes of booking, cheap as flight. Quick check in, lady at the desk was kind and proffesional, made sure everything was in order. Quick through security, free headpphones given out for the inflight entertainment (foxtel - decently priced). Flight attendants were well presented and professional. Made me feel comfortable as I am a little funny about flying when it's been a while.

signed up for the free one month trial & stayed for a while. Loved the prepaid return envelops that came with the dvd's (straight to your door), they were very prompt at sending them out too. I was frustrated at the system they used to work out which dvd's to send you, you keep a list updated and they send you whatever is on hand, despite the priority you choose. I was also dissapointed that I had to call to cancel it as I work odd hours.

We waited half and hour to be acknowledged, then left. I was dissapointed because I heard great things about the place. The downstairs bar had a good vibe ( & I love that they play bands you've never heard of before) but when a lady tripped and fell while we were there, it took too long for staff to help her.
