1 review about XIANG HAIR

I visited this salon after a recommendation from a family member. I wanted to donate my hair to create real hair wigs for women who had lost theirs due to chemotherapy. The minimum amount they required was 20cm so I arranged with the hairdresser to cut 25cm off then style my hair with what was left. The hair had to removed in 'gathered' bunches or ponytail with the elastic still attached. Having a lot of thick hair she proceeded to gather in small bunches & plait them. I informed her of the process to which she said replied with "this makes my job easier". In the end my hair could not be used to make the wigs due to the nature of the 'gathered' pieces being too small. I felt deflated after wanting to help others & not being able to do so. I will continue to grow my hair & donate again next year with another salon.

Approximate cost: $98
