Absolutely fantastic!!
I received the most exceptional customer service. It was shipped for me on Friday afternoon & delivered on Monday. Will be purchasing all my future costumes from these guys.
Thank you so much.

I have never experience brow threading before but had recommendations to try it. I had a gorgeous girl talk me through the process. She asked what I wanted & we spoke about what could be achieved. Most the time I had a mirror in my hand so I could see the results as they happened. She was highly professional & very sweet. The ambience was lovely, with bright lighting a modern music playing in the background so you don't fall asleep!!
I'd highly recommend this to anyone worth telling. The only negative is there are no bookings only walk ins so if I would like this lady again I'd need to wait for her.

I have only ever had coffee from here. However I highly commend it as one of the best in the local area. Service is friendly & prompt. Padre coffee is the brand they use!
always love a loyalty program too.

I love this brand!!!
The quality is divine! However, the designs have become a little futuristic for my liking it still has the exclusivity. A go to place if after some a little different & a way to treat yourself.

This place is professional, warm & relaxing - exactly what you should expect when going for a hair cut or colour! On arrival they sit you down & offer you a menu with drinks - all complimentary. You get a head & neck massage then your hair is washed.
I had Stef cut my thick mid length hair into a 'shob' (shoulder bob) as my first visit here. They have levels of experienced staff, as I thought it was a bold move on my part I decided to pay for Stef as she was higher level.
She was delightfully lovely & very professional - we talked like we had known each other for years!
I have finally found my hairdresser. I highly recommend this salon for its friendly approachable vibe with results you want.

Love this place!! The Icecream isn't the greatest but they have some wild flavours to satisfy any food connoisseur!
The sister store Chez Dre has limited dessert items now due to this store opening next door. You can find a chocolatier in the kitchen in full view making endless creations.
A great place to go after lunch for something sweet or a take way item after walking through the market.

I have been here a few times. The menu is well balanced & averaged priced! They are extremely busy on weekends but it is worth the wait. One particular occasion we copped flack for ordering for our childs meal (fruit & yoghurt dish) before placing our own orders. This seemed very odd to me?!! As both my husband & I are chefs. Apparently it would disrupt the kitchen... We asked the waiter why & he said don't worry about it, then did as we asked. Strangely out meals were delayed by an hour!! The waiter threw a couple of sarcastic comments at us also.
It took us a while to want to return after that. However, we were asked how our meals were & I vaguely mentioned our unpleasant experience & were given a discount on the bill & some donuts for my little one.
Perhaps the waiter was just having an off day??
Overall, we rather like it there!!

I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. My 4 year old child had an introductory lesson for an assessment on his level to pursue swimming lessons here. There were 2 other children in this class with two instructors. As i sat by watching he's progress for his first ever lesson, I was perplexed to find that the instructors were not engaging, happy or attentive what so ever!! This class went for approximately 15-20 minutes this way. At times I often saw the male instructor looking around blankly. There was no positive reinforcement given to either child & appeared that the instructors have rarely spent time with children judging from their persona whist sitting on the sidelines. The female instructor even stared my child down asking him "what did you do that for?" to which he could not tell me afterwards. I found the professionalism highly lacking with the instructors given the depressed looks on their faces the entire time. My own memories from swimming lesson were always fun & exciting. I want the same enjoyment for my children especially surrounding something as important as learning to swim.

I walk through the door on time for my appointment, ignored me for several minutes until I decided to upon myself to take a seat. She then acknowledged me & said hello. I told her exactly what I was after which happens to be the exact same as the person before me. During my cut she proceeded to interrupt on conversations had by another staff member & client, talk to another client who just walked past to say hi. This client then took a seat & continued to ask the hairdresser questions about foils she wanted done while cutting away at my hair. At this point she was not even paying attention to my cut as I watch the top part of my hair being chopped off (I specifically mentioned keep the length on top). There was no blending done, my fringe is uneven & too short on top. I also had a line cut with the clippers that doesn't even match up. I got home & was utterly disgusted! I will never recommend this salon nor will I ever return. For it to be her business & not pay attention to a job she is being paid for is enough to need to write a review like this. I paid too much & could have done a better job with my eyes closed.

I visited this salon after a recommendation from a family member. I wanted to donate my hair to create real hair wigs for women who had lost theirs due to chemotherapy. The minimum amount they required was 20cm so I arranged with the hairdresser to cut 25cm off then style my hair with what was left. The hair had to removed in 'gathered' bunches or ponytail with the elastic still attached. Having a lot of thick hair she proceeded to gather in small bunches & plait them. I informed her of the process to which she said replied with "this makes my job easier". In the end my hair could not be used to make the wigs due to the nature of the 'gathered' pieces being too small. I felt deflated after wanting to help others & not being able to do so. I will continue to grow my hair & donate again next year with another salon.
