Michelle came for a cat taxi pick-up. She was not only incredibly comfortable and warm handling the cat, but also on-time, and professional in her manner. The cat (who usually dislikes entering a pet carry crate and can be vocal about it) barely made a sound as Michelle guided her in gently. Booking the appointment was easy, she got back to me promptly and it was booked before i knew it.

Ben was warm, hospitable and friendly from the moment I walked in, as were all the other staff. I appreciated his professionalism, and he makes a pretty good cup of coffee too! Easygoing, easy to talk to, and best of all, he gave me a terrific cut that completely suits me. Thanks Ben~
