Love love Love Yatala Pies. It is a family tradition that everytime we are going past Yatala on our trips that we stop here and have some delicious food. Definately the BEST pie shop in Queensland

Cons: No Eftpos available. However there is a small atm in the shop you can use.

My sister brought a cheese and bacon pie home from here yesterday and it was the best pie I'd ever tasted!!! Yum yum, you couldn't eat too much of it because it is really really rich but it was the best ever.. I'm going to go and drive there too get another when I get a chance.. If you happen to be in the area I would recommended trying it out!! Fantastic food.

Stopped in here on way home from taking kids to sea world and thought we would grab something easy for dinner. I must say I was a bit disappointed it was nice but from what I had heard I guess maybe my hopes were up to high. As I said it was nice but not the best pie I've had. But u will go back

oh my goodness! I remember going here as a youngen, and still my family and I make the trip off the highway for the great service and wonderful quality that Yatala pies has to offer. Always friendly and helpful with choices if needed, and staff have great product knowledge! Always a treat to visit Yatala Pies!

When I went their last, I noticed it was really busy inside so we decided to go through the drive through. Whilst waiting, a worker actually walked out to our car and took our order.As soon as we got to the window our order was ready immediately.The pies are delicious the service is very fast!!

These are THE BEST PIES EVER!!! And how many other pie shops have a drive thru?!? I find the smaller pies tastier than the family pies, but either is GOOD!!! The steak, cheese and bacon is my favourite. There are sweets there too, yum yum!! I have moved away from QLD recently, oh how I miss Yatala Pies!!!!!

These guys have the best pies I have ever tasted. I recommend their curry pies and this cold apricot pies with cream. Don't do the drive through as its too long.

It's been ages since I've had a famous Yatala Pie.. but I remember when we'd be heading down to the Gold Coast from Brissy, we'd always stop and get a Pie for Lunch. They are one of the best Pie places in Queensland.. You will never be disappointed by a bad pie.

Yatala pies is a good rest spot between gold coast and Brisbane. Love the family pies though a little higher in price than most.all chunks of steak in them and not sloppy or fall apart. I love the steak bacon and cheese with added potato lol piggy i know. Have had many family pies. They aren't the best on fancy presentation. ,very rustic but great meals. Plenty of parking and tables to sit. Variety of hot foods and drinks and ice creams. Enjoys many stop overs over the years. Its a must, cant go by

We lived in Beenleigh until October last year, and, as locals, frequented YP often. The most amazing range and amazing quality! Consistently beautiful products at very reasonable prices. YP is an icon for a reason!

yatala pies have the best pies and pastries. my family pop in there at least once a month and lunch and grab a family pies for dinner. the pies are always freshly cooked and the service is great.

I love their pies and pastries!! hubby and I pop in here every second weekend and grab a whole lot of their family pies. great value and customer service!

this WAS my favorite pie shop but has gone alittle down year in the past years ,not as much effort and no where near the qulity they used to have ,even the stak pies are more mince then steak and they advertise there family pies but dont metion they are NOT cooked :/ which was a shock to us

Highly recommend Yatala pies. we stop in everytime on our way to the inlaws because they are so yummy. Prices are very reasonable and location is perfect.

I recommend trying the chicken and veg, steak tom and onion &tradie pies, also the broccoli,cauli and chees triangle are beautiful!

Best pie shop! Always came here when i was younger with the family! if we ever went near there we would always end up with a pie! couldn't resist!

I used to go here years ago, with my mum and my nan, and we always used to get the meat pie, peas, gravy and mashed potato. Over the years, the taste of the pies have become a bit bland, not as much flavour. But the service hasn't changed, you still get top notch customer service.

I have a story to this... Lol... Went to drop my sister off at the Gold Coast airport at 4am.... Turns out it was Brisbane airport we weren't going to make it in time ! Sooooo we stopped in at yatala pies and wow ! They are huge and amazing I had beef cheese and bacon ! The cheese in there just drizzled out ! Wow will defiantly come back !

Yumm love there pies potato pies are AMAzing!! And a custard tart for desert! Can't beat these guys! The drive thru is handy also. They always have so many delicious pies to chose from

When i lived at loganholme and we would visit the gold coast, we would stop off and get these for dinner on the way home. So delicious. I love the steak, bacon and cheese with the pea and potato added gravy.... You have to try this one!

Wow these pies are amazing. Everyone should definitely give them a go. Lots of flavours to choose from, they do sweet & savoury pies. Baked fresh onsite. We've been eating there & its great, you can get a meal with pie, mash potato, mushy peas & gravy all served on a plate ready to eat & its beautiful. Seems to be a bit of a Brisbane Landmark now, great place to take interstate/overseas visitors.

The best pies you will ever taste! they have a good variety of pies and family sized pies. They do the extras that you can add to the pie as well which is a good bonus. Good decent sized and although there is always a queue its worth it!

I have been going to Yatala Pies ever since I can remember and have always walked away (slowly) full as a goog and totally satisfied. They may just be the traditional style meat pie, but they are full of flavour and you much bigger than some of it's competition.

My favourite is the steak and mushroom with potato and mushy peas. Pile on heaps of tomato sauce and you have yourself a winning combo :)

Do not be surprised by the length of the queue. They get VERY busy due to their popularity but they employ a lot of staff so you don't have to wait too long.

Recently while on bus trips, we have called in here on way home. Amazing array of pies. Not the cheapest but certainly one of the best around. Took me a long time to try them, but I am now converted. Make sure u have cash on hand and be prepared to queue.

It's rarely that I drive straight past this place while on a coast trip. Either a family pie for that nights dinner or a snack!
Their prices are not too bad as they use real meat that's tender as in their pies. The staff are always friendly.
Only downfall is that they don't take eftpos & only cash!
There is an ATM on site that charges a fee that's all.
Great place!!!!
