If you're in need of some TLC you have found the right place. Yera is a place where you can really relax while giving your body the attention it needs. Rob will help you achieve a more positive and healthy change in your lifestyle. Never before has my body received so much good health! Healthy meals, beach walks, yoga, meditation, massage, acupuncture + cupping, daily herbs... oh and the hydrotherapy spa! Plus many lovely memories and and time spent with caring people. The retreat is very peaceful and located in a beautiful part of Rye. Rob will go above and beyond to make each day a great day. I highly recommend staying at Yera! Your mind body and spirit will be thankful.

My time at Yera involved a lot of beauty , from the beautifully presented, wholesome, refreshing, tasty and satisfying meals to the dusk walks and ocean hill climbs. I was healed and rejuvenated from head to toe from Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies such as cupping, massage and accupuncture . My colon cleansed from the Chinese Teas and detoxification working at its best in such a tranquil, luxurious environment . My heart sang with the native wildlife and my soul blossomed with the wild flowers. Rob is an angel who does his work with grace, affection and attention. I highly reccomend spending some time to be pampered and flourish once again :)
I had an amazing 5 days with Rob. He is so knowledgeable and caring. The food was amazing and Rob gave me recipes to take home so I could continue the good work. The walks to the beach are beautiful. This retreat is highly recommended! Thankyou Rob for being such a special person. :)
