I arrived with no expectations and was overwhelmed by Robs ability to truly nurture the mind body and spirit. I have been on a detox before "so I thought" the results of 3 days at Yera have been amazing. I was made to feel to completely at home pampered with great food, treatments, walks to the beach and so much laughter. I am so looking forward to my return at Yera and highly recommend you take the time to experience Robs supreme nurturing skills.

I scoured the internet for a place around Melbourne where I could go to unwind, re-group and get on top of my health again...thankfully, I found Yera...

Some of the things I enjoyed the most were:
- Having my entire diet scrutinised and an entirely new eating plan developed specifically for my body and lifestyle. Rob (host) also explained in great detail how and where to shop for the food and even how and when to cook it to suit my busy lifestyle.
- The daily massage/cupping/acupuncture.
- The Pre-retreat workbooks - which worked me through the process of de-cluttering my house before I started my retreat - which was lovely to come home to!
- Finally learning how to meditate - and enjoying it!
- Rob's satisfying yoga approach - that did not feel like a glorified aerobics session.

Having been back home now for weeks I can honestly say that it has been easy to transfer everything I learned at Yera into my day-to-day life.
It is difficult to describe the transformative nature of the 1:1 talking/walking sessions with Rob - somehow they have managed to work their way into most areas of my life.

I feel stronger, healthier, clearer and happier.

Fantastic weekend. Rob's retreat has such a calming influence. Years of bad eating habits and stress gone in one weekend. The food is amazing and Rob is great fun. I highly recommend Yera to anyone who wants to feel like themselves again!

Yera was an intimate retreat run by the wonderful, kind and supportive Rob. We left feeling invigorated, motivated, healthy and certainly detoxed!! An amazing place to face yourself, realise your goals, nurture love and compassion, not only for yourself, but your fellow man. Rob provides the yummiest organic, sugar/salt free food, for which I kept saying "are you sure you haven't put it in", amazingly delish! You will laugh, cry and all the in betweens at this little retreat situated in gorgeous Rye, a short walk from the ocean. If you want time out, its a brilliant place to be!!

Truly was an inspirational experience for me. Rob was very attentive and nurturing throughout my whole stay, he has incredible positive energy and you feel so uplifted by this. I would recommend this retreat to anyone who is in need of some healing and redevelopment as it will exceed all of your expectations!

Yera is a boutique retreat in Rye Victoria, a pleasant walk to the ocean. The organic food was delicious and plentiful, the Chi Gung by on the beach, Yoga and Meditation were self-nurturing,and the treatments by Rob fantastic. I haven't painted since primary school and my artwork allowed the released of some hidden talent! It was a great opportunity to get a break from the rat race and evaluate what is important in our lives- thanks Rob!
