I used this service for a Bond and carpet clean. Always ask for the terms and conditions of payment first. This company requires payment up front before the job is even completed so you are going on "good faith". Good job by the cleaners but not impressed with the owner Roger. He advised that I should not be present for an inspection but No. 2 of his own terms and conditions says there are no guarantees unless you are THERE for an inspection. I would not hire him again as not a good experience. Do your due diligence when looking for a cleaning service and ask questions and make sure you are thoroughly satisfied before engaging any contractor.
