Young's Vegie Shed

I love young's they offer a great range of fruit and veg all sourced locally (or at least within Australia) The prices for the most part are cheaper than the supermarkets, they also have meat, diary produce and a small condiment section. Staff are always lovely and pack bags/boxes easy to carry

Loads of free parking makes this a pleasant place to shop, the store is well laid out and they have a great range of local and imported fruit and veg. Their new cheese fridge is lovely with a wide variety to select from, they stock local honey in large containers

Young's offers a wide variety of freshly sourced local products along with fresh products from the mainland. A lot of fresh seasonal products are cheaper than the supermarkets but not always. It pays to check weekly sales in catalogues first. The quality of the fruit and veg is constantly great quality. The staff are always friendly and are always checking on the quality of the produce.

always friendly and smiling staff. Prices of fruit, vegtables etc are very cheap and worth the value. Definately worth to pop in and visit. If you need a helping hand or you need any questions answered it will be A+++++ service :)

when i lived in tasmanian last year youngs vegie shed was were i brought most of my fruit and vegetables from. they always have great specials and sometimes you can save 50% compared to what you would pay at other places. i think setup of the store is brilliant as most of the fruit is at eye level and you can see what you need straight away most times. the shelves are always well stocked. I like the clearance shelf the best as you can pick some really good fruit and vegetables up at bargain prices. You can buy loose potatoes as well as bagged potatoes up to 10kgs. sometimes you can pick up cheap whole boxes of relish tomatos or custard bananas, they normally are between $10-$20 box. The only thing i can find wrong with the store is that their staff arent very friendly.

I've shopped here in the past but wont be shopping there again as i didnt like the quality of their fruit & vegetables but they have some grocery lines that i didnt mind. The staff are rather friendly though & try to help in any way they can
