Decent variety of redemption options, however you should exercise extreme caution as they will terminate your account with no warning at any time, meaning users lose all of their points.

Customer service is non existent and correspondence goes unanswered.

Rude customer service! Worst survey company ever. I was a member for years, until recently when something with Yourvoice had changed and I had to use different servers. When I asked for help no one returned my emails and then finally customer service replied degrading me and making out I was stupid when I am in IT. The surveys were great until I experienced technical problems and customer service did nothing to assist me.

This website has better returns than other paid online surveys. Transparent system for points to be earned & also in regards to rewards.

Highly reccomended, I joined yesterday and have already claimed my first $20 gift card, plenty of surveys but like others have said log on to their site daily instead of waiting for an email.

One of my favourite sites for surveys!! Generous points when doing surveys. 200 points you can claim a $20 voucher for most places (target, coles, kmart etc) Very helpful if something goes wrong with the site or our points weren't rewarded. They are also very quick at sending rewards out as well. Great site!

I have found this site to be really reputable. It's my own circumstances that means i don't qualify for as many surveys as I would like but the rewards are great- gift cards to places that you use everyday like Target! I have thoroughly enjoyed this site, money for virtually nothing! Try it you won't regret it! Tell them Kimberley sent you! lol!

Its OK,used to be much better before it was taken over by another company.Takes a while to get points and it has a fiddly redeeming system.Don't know if I'll bother for too much longer.

One thing I'm starting to understand about these survey sites is that what works really well for someone on one site doesn't necessarily mean it'll work as well for someone else on the same site.
Your Voice is, for me, merely an OK site - it tends to be a little feast-or-famine in terms of surveys that I am notified of - for weeks there will be nothing and then all of a sudden I'm swamped with them - but reading through some of the other reviews apparently the trick is not to wait to be emailed but to log on every day. I'll have to give that a try.

I find Your Voice to be a typical survey site. Don't get many emails so I got into a habit of logging in every day to see if any surveys are available. I get to do more that way. Saving up for a $50 payment.

I was part of this panel for almost a year got very few surveys and and not much points for some reason. It was one of the least used panel out of a group that I signed up to at the time. However with the current reviews I'm encouraged to sign up with them again.
