Darren was on time and the service was finished without any issues. The treatment did not leave any kind of stains on the carpet or furniture; also no unpleasent smells. Darren was also very resposive to my emails.

Darren from Zeropest treated the exterior and interior areas of our residency in August 2022. We are very happy with Darren’s job. He was very accommodating according to the highly unpredictable weather. We recommend Zeropest and will call them again next year for an annual maintenance.

Highly recommend this company. We had rodent activity in ceiling. Darren is very thorough, he came out yesterday, explained what he was going to do, examined and took photos of roof cavity, laid baits and investigated roof structure and any openings. Darren fully explained plan as to coming back to block these entry points. Invoice for work done and full quotes emailed today, very prompt and professional. Darren is one of those genuine tradespeople, easy to talk to, explains all work, answered my many questions and very knowledgeable about building structures.

Called them out in 2021 to eradicate a pest issue we were having. Right from the start Darren was profesional.
Reminders were sent before he turned up. Follow up emails and phone calls were both promptly sent and replied to. He arrived when he said he was going to arrive, He was straight up...told us the issue and what needed to be done. All after a extensive examination of the property. He was the only one of 4 quotes to actually go up into the roof, Not the cheapest... but he was the most thorough and he got rid of the problem. Have just had a annual visit from him to follow up and we are clear of pests. Thank you Darren.

I researched the pest control companies and I found Darren.
Yes, I know his service is not cheap but I would like to solve the problem. Darren carefully examined my unit and he told me there was only one rat bite on my ceiling !!! That was serviced by the previous pet control company organised by our body corporate. No wonder why the rats are coming back so soon. He assessed my unit and planned how he can fix the problems. He explained how the rats came into my unit. Darren is very professional and accountable. I strongly recommend him to everyone! Actually I recommend him to my next-door neighbour who has the same problem!!!

I’d previously used a pest company that simply threw bait in my roof which worked for a few weeks but the rats kept coming back. Darren inspected my roof and identified all entry points, baited and came back to block them and prevent further issues. Very happy with the service provided.
