Absolutely fantastic service from Darren . So informative , professional and easy to deal with. From our initial phone conversation (where he explained in detail my options and as to what he thought was the best plan of action ) through to the inspection and baiting that he undertook on my property. Extremely thorough. Took lots of photos up on my roof so that he could explain and show me where the entry points for the pests to enter where and how we would get them blocked. Highly Highly recommend.

I had previously found another pest controller on this website (RK) where they supposedly had lots of good reviews, but I had a less than satisfactory experience with them in trying to solve my rodent problem. The guy who showed up only popped his head in the roof manhole and threw some baits around the roof. He wouldn't even have bothered to look under the house if I didn't ask him to. That guy spent more time commenting on what I was wearing, the dust on the windows and the spider webs around the house rather than focusing on fixing my rodent problem.

Step in Darren and Zeropest. What a difference! Darren did a really thorough inspection of my house. He photographed and talked about the possible entry points where rodents could come in. He laid bait around the house (he didn't just chuck it around the roof cavity), and returned a few weeks later to block possible entry points (unlike RK where they won't do it at all). If you want someone who will do a thorough and proper job, call Darren and Zeropest. I will have no hesitation in calling them again for any pest problems.

Darren is very knowledgeable in treating pests. This is my second year using Darren's services. And it works!! He's also very honest and provides the service with a great smile.
