I highly recommend Zero Pest Australia. Darren was quick to respond, professional and did a fantastic job in moving a bee hive from the wall in our house quickly and efficiently. He was on time and got straight into it. Great value and would definitely use again.

I had a very bad Rat infestation in my roof. I had been using a different pest controller who after 3mths had not helped my situation as it continued to worsen. I found Zero Pest and thought I would get a 2nd opinion. I am so glad I did Darren was fantastic and actually found the entry points and covered them. After 7 days the rats were gone and have not returned. I highly recommend using this company as they actually do what they promote and stop your pest issue.

He has a fantastic knowledge of all pests and treatments required.

Darren was punctual for the appointment, he first gained an understanding of the pest problem and laid out some traps.

He then proceeded to survey the area thoroughly for potential entry points and this was accompanied with clear photos. Darren then took me around the area to identify these entry points and the photos were sent immediately. This was followed up promptly the next day with a quote to fix/block these entry points.

Overall, the communication by Darren was clear and his methodology involves future prevention of pests entering instead of a band-aid type solution undertaken by some major pest companies.
