Called Darren for a routine termite inspection. Fully equipped and every corner of the house was checked with sonar and moisture equipments.
Good to know we don’t have termites.
However, he discovered several roofing and plumbing issues that otherwise would have gone unnoticed up in the roof cavity and subfloor. It’s a blessing we found them before any major damage.
It was my pleasure to assist you again with your pest control needs, detecting theses issues as you noted can make your home more susceptible to timber pests so I was very glad to have located them so measures could be taken to rectify as we discussed.

A great installation 12 months ago. Pigeons and vermin a thing of the past.
12 month service including adjustments just completed with no evidence of re infestation.
