The key to getting into this restaurant before the queues start is between 11-11:30am. I have always been a fan of Yum cha and consider myself quite an expert for finding great dumplings. Service is really good and the staff are always helpful even if there is a slight language barrier, someone will always assist. Food is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend and it's a rarity to find a restaurant that still has the trolley ladies.

Approximate cost: $8.00

My friends and I have a weak spot for Yum Cha food, and after spending time and money looking for the best Yum Cha in town, we all concluded to Zilver Restaurant. It is crazy full with people on the weekends so spmetimes I prefer to go during the week to avoid the crowd. The food is so yuuummmmyy!! mmmmm... I may go tomorrow. :)

Approximate cost: $25-35

they have a wide range of dim sum's, waiting time could be long when it gets busy but if you either go early or later than the "peak' hour, getting a table should not be a problem

Comfortable place to eat at, and very spacious. Despite being of moderate cost, the place looks quite classy. There is a wide range of food, most of which are delicious, unfortunately the service is not too great in regards to the fact that they will assume all Asian looking diners to be Cantonese.

Approximate cost: $25

Been here quite a few times for yum cha. The food is good, especially the braised chicken feet and seafood prawn roll. All other yum cha dishes is average to good.
Waits during the weekend is very long especially after 11 am.

I like to go to Zilver for Yum Cha. They offer a great range of dishes and their seats are comfortable. Weekends can get very busy - if you can get there before 11.30am, you can get a table without waiting for long.

Best yum cha going and great for a special chinese meal. It describes it's food as fusion, and that's what I like, all your favourites are there but they are done really well and with a special extra something. It's not cheap, but the food is very very good

Approximate cost: $15-25
