A family member had potentially a SIGNIFICANT amount of funds to lose in Crypto. If we lost these funds, it would have ended very badly due to the situation. Robert came over at 6pm on a Saturday due to the urgency of this request despite being up at 4am that day. The longer we left it the higher the chance would have been for us to loose it and for the person to catch onto it. This was a SIGNIFICANT amount of funds for this persons life savings. Robert was persistent in going through every crypto address and we ended up being able to Recover the account. He then took it a step further and transferred this money into a Metamask account that we had access to. After a power outage my PC was no longer able to boot up. As its an older machine, which I built myself, I was highly aware of what situation I was facing. Robert took the time to explain what options were available to me, from repair to replacement. He gave my machine a thorough diagnostic and was able to provide a working solution. Robert gave me fanatastic service and looked after me 100 percent and let me know what was going on the hole time. he kept me updated the whole time when he was fixing my computer. i would recommend Robert if you have malware or viruses on the computer to call him. I was skeptical for a remote support session but I saw his reviews.

Rob was excellent in setting up my new computer. Instead of marking up a laptop he turned around and offered a service where he could find one for me, and then i purchased it, but then i knew i was getting the best possible price the machine that he chose and it took the stress out of buying a new computer. He was always available and offered me capped remote support where he would help out remotely if I had any problems with the computer and didn't have to worry about the bill getting higher.
