I've been emailing their technical and sales team for 2 weeks ongoing and although they reply relatively quickly they haven't been able to set up my emails for me. I've followed all of their instructions. Plus you can't call them either because they don't provide a number. Super frustrating.
This is a budget web hosting company. It is mostly OK, but when it is bad, it is very bad. My web site has been down for a day and a half and no one is working to fix it. We use this for our business. So frustrating!
