Movers are great, but the management is a joke. They failed to communicate what was required to the movers, which resulted in items at our apartment not being moved, and then refused to help us move the remaining items. The representative was not willing to take any responsibility or help in any way. A perfect example of poor management bringing down the great effort of the workers. What a joke. Would not recommend that anyone work for this company let alone use them for moving.
