Look the shutter is fine and works well, but the services was very very poor. A well established and sizeable plant under the winder was completely destroyed with out it even being mentioned to me at all.
When I requested an explanation it took 3 weeks for someone to call me and say it was really my own fault for not cutting the plant back, despite being told initially that this wouldn't be necessary.
A simple acknowledgement and apology would have avoided this review, very disappointing!
