I have been seeing George for approx 5weeks and i can honestly say George has given me such respect, insight plus more ways to develop myself to feeling more positive.
I went to see George as i suffer from Panic attacks which (if you have experienced before) can affect your daily life. George has opened my mind to new ways of thinking and trusting myself again which has helped me grow by each session.
I always knew Hypnotherapy was an option for me but never before have experienced it so was always unsure. It was nothing like how i imagined. George seems to explain things in a way I've never heard before which immediately comforts me.
