Booked a flight from Melbourne to Sydney for a business meeting and after being showered with confirmation emails by Jetstar, I was sent a text just before the flight telling my it was cancelled. No alternatives were provided. I was given a contact number for the call centre, which responded by telling me that 'all the operators are busy'. My only option was to purchase another ticket with another airline. Jetstar did eventually refund my ticket but couldn't compensate me for the inconvenience and the additional cost of having to book new flights at the last minute. This is not the first time this has happened with this airline. It is unreliable. I will certainly never fly with Jetstar again!

Exceeded all my expectations! The painters worked quickly, were extremely tidy and friendly, and did a fantastic job both inside and outside the house. And the price was very reasonable considering the effort needed for such a large job, highly worthwhile!
