Booked my boat in for an engine service. Was advised it should be ready in 2 to 3 weeks. Upon collecting my boat, I was advised that it is in very good condition for its age.
Put it in the river just to find out it no longer has reverse. Returned the boat the following week for what ever needs to be repaired. Got it back about a month later. Lack and reluctant offers of communication and organisation by management! There was one of the workers there who was good and polite. Service from $99.... mine cost $453 plus the extra time to return after spending time and fuel to try it out.
