IQ Construction came on board at the design phase of our renovation/addition and helped with overcoming engineering difficulties, made suggestions for improvements and did all the hard work of getting it through council. As the project unfolded they maintained close communication in regards to progress, difficulties and changes and were always willing to work with our requirements and stipulations. This included other minor improvements and changes to other parts of our house. A range of friendly sub-contractors performed quality work to supplement the tasks undertaken by the IQ team. All this occurred while we remained living on the property with our large family. In the end we were given the keys to a wonderful addition that was even better than we could have ever imagined.
