I had a shoulder injury so was referred to Frauke at Physiofit by my family doctor. After a series of physiotherapy sessions, which targeted treating and strengthening my shoulder, I was then able to start Pilates sessions to maintain my improved physical situation. A wonderful benefit of these sessions has been meeting others in our local area. Frauke is very professional and is recognised by health societies which means the sessions cost next to nothing.
