Yarra Valley water really didn’t care about the damage it was causing, so to hear calm and caring words and to move forward positively was really appreciated. I have little building knowledge so I was concerned that things could go awry but I was kept informed at every step of the way. I have been so impressed by the consistent high quality of the work. The job turned out to be bigger than expected and at a busy time of year the job blew out, however even until the last day of the working year Jaron was in contact. With Jaron’s departure and busy January ahead I was concerned that things would drop off, however Tom has taken on the role of managing the job. I am so grateful for his kind calm manner and his determination to work quickly with attention to detail. Each time I have questioned a fault he has resolved it. The finished job is of the highest quality and a real credit to your company. The repair work performed by Tom is of an extremely high standard.
