Fantastic service, very helpful and friendly, plus professional. Had my car serviced at Cartwrights the past 2 years, wouldn't go anywhere else now. Reasonably prices without cutting corners. I used to go to the dealer, no more.

I had Keith from Climatrite come to the house to replace a thermostat for my heating/cooling. Very helpful, on time, very pleasant to deal with, explained the options, replaced the thermostat, went through the working of it with me. Couldn't ask for more. Fantastic service, highly recommended for ducted heating and evaporative air con services.

Firstly I need to say the salesman Brett and the store manager are not responsible for my issues. They were good when I purchased the items and have been communicating with me since delivery. It was the delivery that is the problem. I purchased an 8 drawer dresser and 2 large bedside tables. Yesterday it was delivered and that was the start of my problems. The delivery guys bought in 3 absolutely filthy dirty cardboard boxes and dumped them on the carpet in the bedroom. They made no attempt to remove the furniture (almost $2000 worth) from the boxes and when I asked for assistance with the box marked 120kg I was told "we don't do that" and they left. I rang the store manager who organised for them to come back. They were extremely rude, one almost bordering on aggressive. They were apparently the delivery people that do not "set up" your items. By the time they removed the styrene packaging and the furniture from the boxes, my bedroom and the adjoining hallway looked like a demolition site. There was styrene broken up into little bits everywhere because they were throwing it and bits of cardboard everywhere, they leaned the filty cardboard against the bed and the walls leaving dirty marks on both and had dragged the boxes across the carpet also leaving dirty marks, all the while making it quite clear they were not at all happy. Apparently if you want items taken out of boxes and "placed" you need to request "set up" for an additional fee. When I purchased the furniture I should have been asked if I required set up? There was no mention of it. What is there to set up with a chest of drawers anyway? I wasn't buying something in a flat pack. Now that I have cleaned up their mess I find the handles that need to be screwed onto the front of the drawers don't match up with the holes and where the large chest of drawers was dragged and handled very roughly and thumped about, there is a chip in the 2 pac finish and it is also scraped right across the front edge. I am absolutely disgusted in the lack of service and the attitude. I will never buy from Forty Winks again. Next time I buy bedroom furniture it will be from Snooze. They delivered a mattress and base to me a few weeks ago, the delivery guys placed it in the room, even asked if I wanted to vacuum when they removed the old one before setting up the new one. Checked with me that it was in the correct place before leaving and took away the packaging the bed was wrapped in.

This vet clinic really is the Ultimate in vet care for pets. Dr Bob is an abslutely fantastic vet and has a very gentle way with my dogs and is very supportive of the owner. He has diagnosed illnesses with my dogs that other clinics have missed. Great nursing staff that I'm completely comfortable leaving my precious dogs with. Fantastic communication and follow up. Lovely clean, welcoming clinic. Cannot recommend highly enough.
